On the recommendation of a friend, I called Expert Plumbing Service, Inc. when I discovered a leak in a toilet and eventually replaced the toilet. Teresa, the voice on the phone, was quick to rearrange schedules and get a plumber here quickly. Jeff and Keith were here to replace the toilet, and they were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. They covered my carpeting to keep it clean. The toilet was removed, and the new one was installed in about an hour. The charge was exactly what I was initially quoted. I noticed my ejector pump went out on me around 3:00 pm on a Friday. I was worried that it was too late in the day, but I called Expert Plumbers, and Chris showed up with a new ejector pump on the truck. He was really professional and went above and beyond what I expected. He patiently answered any other plumbing questions my wife and I had. Art G and Lukogz K were at our home 13 days to do a three-quarter remodel of our main bathroom. There was a lot of work to do, including demolition of a four-inch thick concrete floor, tearing out three walls, replacing 1920s knob and tube wiring, updating old cast- iron and lead waste lines, and installing a new tile floor, toilet, vanity and sink. They did most of the work themselves. They arranged for an electrician to do the wiring, found a dry wall installer to re-do three of the four walls, and brought in a tile installer to put in the new ceramic floor. Art and/or Lukogz were here 10 of the 13 days. Work by the sub-contractors was scheduled so that there was no wasted time. Someone was working every day. Both of them were very competent. They diagnosed problems they found from poorly done earlier remodels done by previous owners. They suggested ways to correct these problems and bring the bathroom up to code. Both worked hard to make sure that we were satisfied with the finished project. They showed an attention to detail and were conscientious to try to minimize the dust and debris… not easy when both guys were using jack hammers to tear out the old floor and walls. We had Expert Plumbers replace the old galvanized pipes with new copper lines throughout the entire house last summer. These were two large and expensive projects. You get what you pay for. The work is done properly. They don’t cut corners. They both are talented workers. They take pride in their work and don’t leave until the customer is completely satisfied.

I received a courtesy call when Art G. from Expert Plumbing was on his way to our home to give us an estimate. Art arrived right on time and was friendly, highly knowledgeable and professional throughout. I already knew our old hot water heater had to be replaced, and Art G. quoted us a competitive price with everything included. Art G.’s well-equipped truck already had the new hot water heater we wanted, and Art did an excellent job installing it and removing the old one. Art patiently answered my questions and cleaned everything up when he was done so there was no mess. Expert Plumbing’s top A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau is well deserved. I rarely write a review, but Art G. and Expert Plumbing did such a good job that they also earned my highest recommendation!

My mother in law needed plumbing help and called expert, as she has done before, Phil j. came to the house and smiled when he told me he had been here before and proudly told me he had repaired her kitchen sink and pipes. as he checked out the new problem he was friendly and polite. as the time wore on and the problem seemed to be getting worse, he kept working and telling me as he worked that he`d get to the bottom of it . As it turned out, he needed to jet the sewer line and use a chemical solution to get rid of the roots. As this was running in to more money, he was trying to help cut the costs for my mother in law by talking to his bosses, and working to solve the problem as best he could. The people at expert gave her a discount for being a repeat client and also gave her a senior discount, it still ended up being a lot of money to her, but it was still nice of them to work with her! as far as Phil J. is concerned, he was very professional and polite as well as being a master plumber! he spoke to my mother in law ,as well as my wife and myself, with kindness and consideration, explaining the options she had and what he thought would be the best plan of action! I had a positive experience with Expert Plumbing. My husband put in a new water heater and some how the pipes clogged up. I did an internet search for plumbers, checked BBB before calling Expert Plumbing. The plumber whose name was Phil was on time and very polite. During inspection of our water pipes he found a small gas leak and tighten it for us (thank you Phil). He gave us price options and explained each option, and both was a set guaranteed price. We chose to have new hot water piping through out the whole house. When he began to do repair work he had his apprentice Lukasz with him and they both did excellent work. Before the hot water pipe clogged up I had very little water coming through the pipes, now I have great water hot water pressure. To Phil and Lukasz thank you for the outstanding service. I will be referring them to friends and family. I found an Expert Plumbing Service and will be calling them again.

Had a sump pump problem on a weekend. Art came out to diagnose the problem Not only found the problem but stayed and finished the install on a Saturday, very happy and appreciative to stay until 9 pm to complete the project. I was on the road for work when my wife called and told me the slop sink was clogged and not draining. Seeing that I was going to be home the next day, I told her I would take care of it. I did as much as I could do and found the clog went deeper then my snake could get so I called Expert Plumbing. The appointment was scheduled for the following day. I received a call in the late morning from Teresa and was told her plumber was running ahead of schedule (which was a good thing) and asked if he could come earlier. That works out better for me since I had laundry that needed to get done! Lucas was the plumber's name, he was polite and didn't step inside until he put his boot covers on. As soon as he got there, he jumped right in and didn't waste a minute. I thought it would be a simple clean the pipe, which it was (with disgusting crap built up from 50 years of God knows what going down that drain) but Lucas went further by making my DIY plumbing to now be professionally installed plumbing. I know my house is old, and the plumbing as well, but Lucas saw potential problems with my old slop sink and pipes. Rather than fixing what I called for and leaving, he took the time to make my plumbing right. I know my plumbing will eventually need replacing and when I do it, I will call Expert Plumbing again. I had such a positive experience that 2 of my neighbors have had them out for their own issues as well. Expert Plumbing office personnel were friendly and responded to my need (ejector pump not pumping) the same day I called them. They called me back twice to keep me informed as to when the technician would arrive at my house. My technician, Lukasz, was friendly and worked efficiently and in a timely manner. He gave me several options to fix the ejector pump and discussed the pros and cons of each option. A small detail; he wore paper booties over his work boots while in the house, taking them off to go out to his truck and putting them back on before walking through the house again.

I contacted Expert Plumbing Service, Inc. late in the day on 9/19/16. I spoke initially with Theresa who in a very professional manner proved to be very helpful. I conveyed to her that I had some blockage somewhere in the drain pipe leading from my kitchen sink. She immediately established an appointment for me for the following day. I received a follow-up e-mail informed me who the plumber would be. As informed, I was called by *** *., 30 minutes before his arrival. Upon his arrival *** *. also proved to be both professional and helpful. Neat in appearance and with shoe coverings, he first assessed our problem, gave us his assessment, notified us of his recommendation, and told us up front what the cost range would be to fix the problem. Upon approval he was quick in his work, careful of our kitchen flooring, and pleasant in his communications with us. Most importantly, he solved our problem providing us with helpful information on how we could best keep from enduring the same problem in the future. The final cost was in keeping with what he initially quoted us. All in all, we had an excellent experience with Expert Plumbing Service, Inc., and recommend them highly.

Called Expert Plumbing for a broken pipe issue on the exterior faucet of our business. I received a call when they were on their way to my office, they arrived on time and their representative (Phil Johnson) appeared and acted professionally. Once I explained the problem I was quoted a fair price and the work started. Phil even tried try the repair a different way rather than cutting into my conference room wall. Ultimately the work had to be done this way, but the attempt to do it another more difficult way was greatly appreciated. The work was completed with minimal intrusion into our work day and the clean up was beyond what I would have expected. Overall I was very pleased with the quality of work and the experience we had with both Phil and Expert Plumbing. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

I had a perfect experience having E.P. come out and take care of my blocked sewer line after another company (Mr. Rooter) sent a complete baboon out to do it the 1st time and tried to over charge us with zero results and a complete fabrication of the situation. Expert's team came out and rodded out the main sewer line in about 20 minutes for a reasonable rate and cleaned up all the waste water that had accumulated in our bathroom with a cool little biological cleaning agent that ate the waste material and rendered it in-offensive. Granted this was some time ago, but we now have the same issue with roots blocking our main line again and I've called them for a service call tomorrow. I will follow up with the results, but they are currently on my 1st call list and I have always recommended them in the past.

Both Melyssa and Maria were very helpful and friendly in answering my questions and having my plumbing issue resolved. Maria contacted me to let me know when to expect the plumber. The plumber arrived within a 5 minute window of when she said to expect him. Art G. (plumber) arrived and was very courteous and polite. He took the time to explain why the issues I was concerned about, really were no concern at all. He also explained certain aspects of my water and how they should be treated. This was in no way a sales pitch, but just a bit of understanding of the water compilation and how to alleviate some of the irons and hardness in the water. He at no time ever tried to convince me that their products were the best or even needed. Per Art, no repairs were needed at my home and this was basically a free home inspection of an existing condition that I was concerned about with my plumbing.

I was in AWE - Customer Service is #1 with this team.

I have used this plumbing service a few time., To replace a water heater, to fix an issue with a toilet, but the biggest job was when I had a tree rupture the line for my gutters that ran under ground to the ditch in front of my house. The water was backing up into my window wells and coming into the basement. Long story short after they determine what the issue was, they had to dig away from the outside of my house to replace the broken pipe, insert a new one. I have pretty extensive landscaping, after they were finished you could barely tell they were there. None of my plants were destroyed. They were put back in place and other than a small line of where the new pipe had to be laid down you could never tell they were there. I was in AWE of how they took extra care to make sure nothing was damaged and everything was as is once the job was completed. It took 2 days and the guys were wonderful and very nice and answered all of my questions. Customer Service is #1 with this team.
