Maintenance Plan customers receive priority scheduling as well as a 20% savings on labor and materials. During the anniversary month of originally signing up for this Plan, our courteous office staff will call you to schedule the year-end appointment. Our plumber will then utilize a two-page checklist to examine your entire plumbing system. It is at this time that he will also drain and flush the water heater to prolong the life and efficiency of the unit.
Our appointment times are scheduled in two-hour increments. Pre-notification is given within 30 minutes of arrival time to your door. We will be there on time!
All service work, except rodding, comes with a standard 2-year warranty. Additional extended warranties may be purchased for water heaters, sump pumps and ejector pumps.

maintenance can alleviate on-going problems.
Video Inspection / Radio Beacon
Locate
Our trained technicians can video inspect your underground
sewer and drain lines with the latest color video inspection
equipment. See it for yourself! No more black and white
grainy picture that you just can’t quite see. A Radio
Beacon location device is utilized during the video inspection
showing the depth and exact location of the sewer. Upon
completion of the video inspection, a copy of the narrated
video tape will be left in your possession.
