The Perma-Lateral™ Approach…. (how it works)
When you find out that your sewer line is broken or has a severe root problem, an alternative to major excavation is Cured in Place Pipe Lining. Using the Perma-Liner Lateral System, a project can usually be completed in less than a day. The line is first cleaned using high pressure water. This removes debris and roots. Then the line is inspected with a video camera which records the length and condition of the sewer. The Perma-Lateral liner is then measured and cut on site. The proper amount of resin is measured and mixed. The tubular liner is filled with the resin and loaded into an inversion unit. The material is then launched from a single access point through the sewer pipe. The liner is able to make its way through 22, 45, and sweeping 90 degree angles. Another video is recorded after the liner has cured to ensure a seamless transition from within. This system makes a structural repair that is guaranteed for a minimum of 50 years and your sewer is put back into operation the same day.
- No extensive excavation
- No cutting the liner open at the mainline connection
- Same Day Service
